In January of 2009 I did my first shoot for Kink.com. It was my very first hardcore video shoot, for Sex & Submission. I was still very new to fetish modeling and fairly new to the lifestyle, though not at all unfamiliar with Kink's work - I'd been a fan (and a subscriber) for quite some time, and had several friends who worked there. I'd walked through the doors of the Armory before... but this time would be different. Needless to say I was scared. I'd put a lot of thought into whether or not I wanted to do this. I'd been fascinated by porn since I was a teenager, and I loved working as a model, and people had been encouraging me to try it for quite some time. But to finally take that step and really do it.... was exhilarating, was terrifying. The 20 minute walk from my house to the Armory felt like an eternity. Did I want to this? Yes. Was I prepared to deal with the consequences of what I was doing? Yes. Did I know what to expect? Not a damn clue. That was the scary part - the leap into the unknown. I got lucky in that I had been cast alongside the incomparable Steve Holmes. He was fantastic to work with and is still a friend to this day. I was an absolute bundle of nerves walking onto the set, and he made me feel very comfortable.
Flash forward one year. Obviously I enjoyed my first shoot, because I'm still doing it, and still loving it. I've become a bit of a regular at Kink, and have shot for a number of their sites. In February 2010 I once again found myself on set for SAS. It had been almost exactly a year since I had last worked with director Marty, and it seemed fitting to be back there, a sort of anniversary of my start in the biz. We did a fun role playing shoot involving breaking and entering and Mark Davis (another one of my favorite people to work with) as a very pervy security guard.
Glancing through the photos from the shoot I was struck by how different my headshots looked a year later. See for yourselves....
2009 - Yeah, I've kind of got that dear-in-the-headlights look going on. And what was up with that awful plaid shirt?
2010 - Much better lighting this time, and I wasn't too scared to smile!
But hey, I know you all aren't here for the headshots... unless they look a little more like this...

Me = huge fan of you! I love your year ago look and now as well! You look so fresh and younger with less makeup! The dark eye makeup makes you look more devilish. Thanks for this post, I'm always amazed to look back at my posts from a couple years ago and see things like "I've only been fisted once..." tee hee
